Pulling a Train
In the bar car to New Orleans where delighted hands
pressed young, firm, apparently willing, military thighs.
And the readily acceded to wiry Appalachian's
- "Mind if I get a buddy?"
chain reacted into a corridor
filled with cammied paratroopers,
bellowing their drunken virility
before a brief imperial adventure,
until a gleeful conductor opened the door
on our morning coffee.
