If you are going to use on-line activation, better have some pretty bullet-proof servers and kick-ass software. I've spent the last twenty minutes trying to get through their crappy new Service Center to register my new stuff. Their website is also having craploads of errors and dropping connections spontaneously.
Get your act together.

Actually this is even worse. Their crappy new Service Center is required to activate new products, EXCEPT THAT IT DOESN'T LIST ANY OF THE PRODUCTS I JUST INSTALLED! I CAN'T ACTIVATE THEIR FREAKING PRODUCTS!
